David Elson

David is a Colorado native, 2nd generation Realtor, husband, father and Gulf War I Vet. He followed in his father's real estate footsteps who was a farm and ranch broker in NE Colorado known as "The Landman". David's Dad, Willis, also a veteran served as an Army forward observer and fire direction Chief in the Korean War. David started his military service in the Air Force as a 6931st ESG Morse Code Operator stationed in Crete Greece and continued like signals intelligence gathering and reporting at the 6950th ESG Chicksands Royal Air Force Base England. He lives in Douglas County with a large, blended family he calls the "Brady Bunch" as there are six kids in all. He's been licensed since 1995 and is an expert in market knowledge and negotiation. Helping veterans obtain the American dream of homeownership is a passion of his. His most recent Vet success story was helping his own daughter, USAF buy her 1st AND second homes!

Jon Chew

Jon has been a Colorado resident since 1974 and served as a non-commissioned officer with the United States Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. Jon graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and earned a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado at Denver. He earned his Real Estate Title Insurance license in 1991 and began practicing real estate sales in 2013. As a former Army paratrooper John appreciates the privilege of assisting veterans with their buying and selling needs.
